The Vertiv Edge Lithium Ion uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is designed to safeguard critical equipment in server rooms, network closets and other edge and distributed IT applications. This 3 kVA UPS offers lower total cost of ownership, which can be up to 50% savings over lifetime. Lithium-ion batteries have greater power density, last about 2-3 times as long, recharge quicker and endure up to x10 more discharge cycles than traditional valve-regulated-lead-acid (VLRA) batteries. It includes automatic voltage regulation (AVR) technology to further extend battery life and provides plenty of runtime on battery during an outage for an orderly shutdown. This set-it-and-forget-it single phase UPS system comes with a five-year standard warranty for UPS and batteries, and together with the optional webcard for remote management, becomes ideal for remote or unmanned locations. This rack/tower UPS comes with a rotating LCD display to allow both rack and tower configurations.
